Welcome to LoveHero online classes! We will be using Zoom, an online video conferencing service, to bring you our interactive meditation lessons. This will be a fun and engaging time for your student(s) and our teachers!

 

LoveHero is a program offered by LoveHero LLC, registered in the state of Delaware.

 

Before we get started, we need to remind parents & guardians that students will be on a live video conference that may be recorded. Please read through the following guidelines so we can maintain a safe experience for all participants.

 

• We will send you a link to join the Zoom class meeting. Please go to Zoom.us for more details about the system.

 

• The meeting will be live and interactive. Please make sure your student is in a quiet place where a parent or guardian can monitor the session. Please remember that everything within the camera viewing area will be visible to the teacher and other students. 

 

• Sounds & voices can be captured by your device’s microphone and heard by others in the Zoom session. Teachers or class assistants will mute participants for portions of the session but may unmute participants for class participation or for discussions.

 

• During live sessions, participants may hear and see anything within the audio and camera viewing areas. Please make all household members aware of this. Hanging “Live Video Session” signs around the area or turning the monitor/device camera toward a wall can help with controlling the area.

 

• These sessions will be recorded for viewing by students who were unable to attend that session or for the attending students to review the materials again if needed.

 

• Please review our Participant Code of Conduct policy and discuss responsible & appropriate behavioral expectations with your student that may be applicable online. We will also monitor the students and set virtual classroom expectations so that all participants will have a safe and fun learning experience together!

 

By registering for any of the company's classes, I hereby consent the photographing, recording, reproduction of any other manner (including use of video and audiotapes) of the likeness, voice and/or activities of the participant and further authorize LoveHero LLC to make unlimited use of company promotions, including but not limited to broadcasting of reproductions over the radio, television, and on the Internet (including social networking). I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation now or in the future of participating. I do hereby release and hold harmless LoveHero LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims.

 

I understand that programs offered by LoveHero LLC are not designed to replace standard school curriculum and have no school credit to any institutions. They are designed to boost your child’s awareness of his or her surroundings, learn about meditation and most importantly, have fun at the same time.

 

By registering for any of the company's classes, I give permission for my student(s) to participate in the LoveHero online classes using the Zoom video conferencing service. I understand that the live session may be recorded and may contain audio & video interactions that include my student.  You understand and agree that in the event any dispute arises between you, either personally or on behalf of your child, and LoveHero LLC, or their personnel, that dispute will be decided according to the laws of the State of Delaware.

 

By registering for any of the company's classes, you acknowledge that you have read this document in its entirety, that you understand its contents, meaning, and effect, and that you have agreed to its terms completely and voluntarily. You also acknowledge that you accept the allocation of risks and responsibility as between LoveHero LLC and yourself set forth in this agreement. LoveHero LLC is relying on your consent to the terms of this agreement in its operation generally and in allowing your child, in particular, to attend.

By registering for any of the company's classes I acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the above terms and conditions and, having enrolled my child in LoveHero classes, agree to be bound by them.
